What forms of payment does Eat Well for Health take?
We accept Credit Card and Direct Debit payments. For recurring payments we can take Visa or Mastercard.
What is a Nutritionist?
A Nutritionist can help you clear the confusion around what to eat, whether you have a medical condition, or are feeling stressed and tired. We can assist you to address any nutrient deficiencies, and support your bodies current needs
Will my health insurance cover Nutritionist services?
Most health funds in Australia will refund for Nutrition Consults. Please ask for a provider number at your consult, and follow up with your respective health fund.

Do you order blood tests?
Yes! We can order any blood test that your local QML pathology office can provide. Each test will need to be paid for at the time of referral, with no medicare discount.
Pathology can provide insight into vitamin and mineral deficiencies,
We also provide saliva, stool and hair testing, allowing us to gather further information on your hormones, and heavy metals.
I don't live locally, can I still see you?
Yes. We can video call from anywhere in Australia! All you need is your phone/computer and there is no need to leave the comfort of your own home.
How do I make an appointment?
I am already seeing a specialist, can I still see you?
Absolutely. There is no reason why visiting a Nutritionist should interrupt your treatment plan with your specialist. Any recommendations made by a Nutritionist can work in with any medications you may be taking.
I would like support balancing my hormones, can you help?
Are you available for corporate health events?
I enjoy working with women who are struggling to get on top of their mood and energy, and feel like they have run-away hormones. I can utilize the dried urine DUTCH testing, that identifies levels of all of your estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol and melatonin hormones.
Yes! I can support your wellness challenge in your workplace or present workshops to your staff, or community group

Packages are available for those clients who know what they want from their treatment plans and have clear health goals. If you are unsure of what direction you would like to take, a 10 minute discovery call can help.
Yes. For any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, a 50% consult fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
Yes! I can support partners and men in their health journey, whether it be improving insulin resistance, weight loss or stress support. I don't just work with women, but whole families!
